TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read through the terms and conditions carefully prior to signing up for any classes at Launceston Pilates. By enrolling in and attending a class at Launceston Pilates, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

    • A maximum of 6 clients can attend a class

    • Each class runs for 50 minutes

    • Please discuss with your instructor prior to class any injuries, concerns or if you are pregnant (if you wish to disclose this)

    • You must be at least 18 years of age to attend group classes

    • Children are not permitted in the studio with the exception of our Postnatal Reformer Course

    • Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to class to allow time to settle in, check over your chosen reformer and discuss anything with your instructor. We ask that you bring your own water bottle and socks (grip socks available for purchase in the studio).

    • Please note that we strictly adhere to our class commencement times and will not accept late-comers, as it disrupts the movement experience of your fellow Pilates-goers. Late-comers / no-shows will have their class pass forfeited.

    • Clients are strongly discouraged from departing class prior to their scheduled conclusion time, as again, it disrupts your fellow client’s movement experience.

    • As a courtesy to others, we ask that mobiles phones are kept on silent mode for the duration of class. If you require it for any reason, i.e., on-call duties, please inform your instructor prior to class.

    • Our 1, 5, 10 and 20 class packs are activated on the date of purchase and expire twelve (12) months after.

    • Class packs are non-transferable between holders, and may not be sold, traded, gifted, shared, provided, or otherwise transferred to any person other than the purchaser.

    • All bookings occur via our website or the WellnessLiving Achieve app.

    • Payment must be completed at the time of booking via a class pass/package. Payments are debited via Paychoice, our third party payment processing partner.

    • Class-pack refunds are at the discretion of the business owner. In which instance the refund will be issued using the original payment method

    • Cancellations more than 12 hours prior to class will have their class pass refunded onto their Wellness Living account.

    • Cancellations within 12 hours prior to class will forfeit their class pass.

    • Class bookings can be cancelled by logging into your WellnessLiving account, or by emailing us at hello@launcestonpilates.com.au

    • If you know you are unable to make a class for which you have booked, we strongly encourage a cancellation to be made. This ensures that those on the waitlist are given the opportunity to take the spot.

    • All classes require a minimum of 2 clients to run. In instances of less than 2 people per class up to 2 hours prior to commencement time, unfortunately the class will be cancelled. You will be notified via phone or email and your class pass will be refunded onto your Wellness Living account.

    • We encourage clients to join the waitlist on our full classes. Should a space become available, you will be sent an email/push notifying you of your automatic promotion from the waitlist.

    • Waitlist promotion can occur up to 2-hours prior to class commencing.
