    4.     Payment and billing information;

    5.     Next of kin details;

    6.     Information relating to fitness and injuries;

    7.     Other Personal Information voluntarily disclosed that assists us in providing services;

    We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. 

  • Launceston Pilates discloses the potential sharing of Personal Information with the following parties:

    1.     Launceston Pilates employees to assist with the services offered; 

    2.     To third-party providers where you consent to the use or disclosure;

    3.     To any duly authorised law enforcement officer in circumstances authorised by any law, as permitted by the Privacy Act 1988. 

     We have taken reasonable steps to ensure that our third-party processing providers have adequate privacy policies in place and are bound by confidentiality. However, our privacy policy applies solely to Personal Information collected via our website, therefore, we cannot be responsible for the collection of Personal Information or the privacy policies of any third-parties associated with our website.     Launceston Pilates has put reasonable electronic and managerial processes in place in aim of securing your Personal Information, however, please keep in mind that information transmitted via the internet is never completely error-free or secure. Therefore, please take particular care in deciding what you share, particularly via email, with Launceston Pilates. 

    Should you suspect the loss, misuse or unauthorised access, sharing or modification of your Personal Information, please contact Launceston Pilates immediately. 

    When your Personal Information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it. However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 10 years.

    We reserve the right to charge for reasonable expenses that may incur during the preparation and sending of your Personal Information, which you have requested.

    In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification prior to releasing the requested information.
