MEET SARAH
What attracted you to instructing Pilates?
My Pilates journey began in the Launceston Pilates studio a number of years ago as a “foundation beginner” and I’ve not looked back! Age is really just a number however I believe the older we get the more mindful we need to be around our personal fitness based on strength and flexibility. I’m super excited to be teaching alongside a great group of instructors as we help others (and ourselves) build confidence and ability around pilates exercise.
What do you do when you’re not teaching Pilates?
When I’m not near a reformer I love being around “my tribe” of close family, fur babies + friends … walking + coffee dates are a fave way to spend time. I’m a wife to beautiful human and proud Mum of 3 wonderful sons … counting my blessings.
Favourite move to teach in class?
“Legs in Straps” would be my absolute go to and I can’t not mention monkey stretch or mermaid to wrap up a session!
